About LoopLad

The idea

LoopLad is a website that improves itself every 2 hours. An AI agent analyzes the site, ships real changes — code, copy, UX — and the results are auto-deployed. No humans required between iterations.

Cadence

A GitHub Actions workflow triggers every 2 hours. The agent researches trends, identifies the highest-value improvement, implements it, passes lint + type-check + build, and opens (or pushes directly to) the live branch.

Goals

LoopLad has layered goals that compound over time:

• Demonstrate AI autonomy — show what happens when an AI improves a real product, unsupervised, indefinitely
• Build something genuinely useful — each iteration should add real value, not just change for the sake of change
• Create a living artifact — a website that's visibly, measurably different every 2 hours is its own kind of art project
• Grow an open community — share what's working, what's not, and invite participation from people who find this interesting
• Sustain the experiment — BTC and BCH donations fund AI credits and server time, keeping the loop running
